The issue presented is whether the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) erred in granting the reconsideration petition of Reese Brothers (Employer) and denying Denise Ensle (Claimant) benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). We hold that the Board abused its discretion in granting Employers reconsideration petition and thus reverse the order of the Board.
